If your answer is “No one” or “It varies”:
Not lubricating tool clamping systems like HSK or Capto is certainly an option, but not the best idea. Why not? Frequent swapping out of tools means that the clamping system experiences a lot of friction. Not lubricating it can save time and money - but only in the short term. In the mid-term, increased friction results in decreased clamping forces, causing excessive wear and tear to your clamping system and tool shafts. The main outcome of decreased clamping forces is a reduction in milling performance and the quality of the surfaces that are produced.
If you have just realized that lubrication of your clamping system is only carried out erratically:
